How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure database provider, with row-level security policies that restrict access to your own data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

AI Contract Scanner

When you use the AI Contract Scanner, the document you upload is sent securely to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) to extract relevant fields. We do not store these documents on our AI provider's servers beyond the time needed to process your request. Always review AI-extracted fields for accuracy before saving.

Team Members and Guest Access

If you invite team members to your account, you control what level of access they have (Admin or Limited). Limited access team members will not see your financial data, including rates and invoice amounts. You are responsible for the team members you invite and the access level you grant them.

Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the Profile & Settings page. If you'd like to request a full export or deletion of your data, contact us using the information below.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated access, and row-level database security. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
