Creatorpay is a software platform that helps content creators track brand campaigns, generate invoices, and manage payments. Creatorpay does not process payments directly — invoices generated through the platform reference payment methods you configure (such as ACH, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle), and actual payment occurs outside the platform between you and your clients.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
If you invite team members or guests to your account, you are responsible for managing their access levels and for any actions they take while using your account.
The AI Contract Scanner is provided as a convenience tool to help auto-fill campaign fields from uploaded documents. AI-extracted information may contain errors and should always be reviewed for accuracy before relying on it. Creatorpay is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-extracted data, and you remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information in your campaigns and invoices.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using Creatorpay, including campaign data, contracts, and invoices. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

We strive to keep Creatorpay available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creatorpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed payments, or errors in invoices or campaign data.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
You may stop using Creatorpay and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Creatorpay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
